its time to change my coolant and i wanted to go with uv reactive. my question is will distilled water and uv dye be the only things i need to get? i wanna make sure theres no corrosion and bacteria growing in there and im not sure if just distilled water will do the trick.

If you replace the liquid like evry week then just plain water or "dihydrogen monoxide" (look it up there was a huge scam about it) is suposed to be good but most people add an anticorosive antifreeze antibacterial crap adidtive...

haha dihydrogen monoxide.

I use distiled water with some motomaster antifreeze to keep corrosion down and prevent plant life from gowing inside the pipes. With UV dye (I assume you have UV lights?) you'll defiently want something to prevent algea growth.
