Water Cooling

I read lots about water cooling but I can't really get to grips with why or when you would think about investing in water cooling. So when is it needed?

it tends to be used by overclockers wanting a bit more cooling for when they add extra voltage to their cpu etc.
its also used by people that have problems with the cpu running a little too hot... early prescott cored P4's are a good example where heat problems are evident.
its also a good way to reduce system noise.

True, but they require alot of matanence.

if u plan on overclocking then go for it but if ur not doin anything else but gaming leave it. it not only requies a lot of maintinence but is also generally very expensive and if not maintained or installed correctly it could ruin ur system.
