Watercooling (H60) or aircooling (mugen2)

I wanna have a 4.4-4.6ghz overclock. But my chip seems to be cool even with stock cooler. So I think it will be enough because it cools better then an 212+ and a mugen2

Well with the h80 you get a fan controller built into the pump, and a thicker radiator, i think its worth the money spent.
