wattage suggestion?

hi my friend is building a computer and he doesnt know what size wattage he should have, here is all the things he's getting for his new pc...

case

monitor

graphics card

ram

mobo

and proccesor

Go for as high as You can - but minimum i think is about 400W - so You will not experience any problems

You should be fine with 400-450watts but make sure you get a decent brand like antec, sunbeam, FSP, SeaSonic, or OCZ

yea this is off topic but when he adds his older, harddrive, wireless card, cd drives, and floppy drive, will he need a cd for each one of those to install it or will the everything be reconized when pluged in?

plug-and-play..the devices will be recognized, as long as youre running windows XP
