wave-like effect problem

Hey there, I just got a MSI 6600GT, and installed V77.72 driver. Now I see a wave-like effect on my screen. I am very sure it's not the problem with the LCD monitor. The effect is not very obvious but u can see it when u draw ur eyes closer to the screen. It looks like water current running slowly from upper-right corner all the way to lower-left corner. Though this doesn;t affect the clearity of the stuff on the screen. Anyone has that problem? and how can i solve it?

^ RIGHT ON. I have the same thing going on when I set the refresh rate to 60Hz. Make sure you try 70Hz or 75Hz if your LCD has that. That will definitely get the problem away. I am glad I don't have it anymore. It took me some time to figure out.

strange, the refresh rate is already 75. but when i set it lower to 72, 70, and 60 the wave effect disappears. but when i set it back to 75 it shows up again. Funny huh?
