WD elements to connect both on pc and mac

I just bought an external hdd Western Digital Elements 1tb
I can connect it with my pc but when i plug it on mac it wont copy
then i format it on mac and when i connect it to my pc it doesnt show

How can i be able to use it both on pc and mac?

I tried this on my pc on disk management and there arent options to do with the drive. I cant format it on Fat 32 cause NTFS is the only one that shows
 
Google search Mac FUSE, it is an API that allows your Mac to write to NTFS partitions that are local.
