Wd st31000340as

Hello,
I have windows 7 64bit. I have 2 HDD's, one of them is WD ST31000340AS (where my data is). Sometimes (quit often) I find myself waiting for a second or two for that WD HDD to wake up. Note that the computer or the HDD's are not at sleep mode and that I know that the 1st HDD is fine. I wonder if this is a sign that my WD HDD is having problems ?

So far there was no failure with it except this phenomena.
Can Anyone suggest a reason for this ? should I be worried about my data ?

You can just turn the power options to not turn off hard disks, or to only turn them off after a long period of time. My Seagate and Samsung drives do the same thing.
