I have the case keyboard mouse and monitor

so do i need anything else? and will all of this work right together? because i honestly dont know. any suggestions will mean alot. my budget isnt that tight but quality and price hopefully go hand in hand.
and i cant find the right powersupply can someone pick a goodone for me that will power everything without any problems

You linked to DDR RAM and you need DDR2. Everything else should be fine, however, you didn't state what power supply you had(assuming it's in the case)

What do you mean you can't find the right power supply? A 20+4 or 24 pin ATX power supply with around 30A on the 12v rail would do fine...
