I use free host service of http://www.awardspace.com.
Recently, it's is hard to access my page from my country (Vietnam) (just good at about 5am each day)
I ask my foreign friends (live in Korea or USA ...) they say it stills good.
So does the reason lie in cable or anything else, how many reason for this ?

(I also test browsing another sites in Germany, seems they are still well, it makes me think cable is not the reason ???)
