Web browser issues

I've installed 3 different we browsers and when I click on any one of them I get a message that windows cAnnot find file. I've ran malwarebytes avast and kaspersky and all infections have been removed. I have also run cleaner and it's registry cleaner. Still cNnot get a web browser to load and run. Even ran a exe fixer. No luck. Please help.

What happens when you try to run it? Do you get the error about the hosts file? If so, then press and hold the shift key while right clicking on hijackthis to get the run as admin option to appear and click on it.
