WebEx suddenly shows up on computer

Hi,

After completing its boot process, all of a sudden my printer started printing pages with lines. Under printers I saw a new device called WebEx Document Loader. This was something that I had not loaded.

A friend told me to check to see if there was a WebEx program in Add/Remove Programs. There is. After checking Google, I see this program is affiliated with Cisco. The only Cisco object I have is a Linksys wireless router that I had disconnected about a month ago. Can some one explain why this program suddenly appeared on my computer which is a Compaq desktop on Windows XP, service pack 3?
 
Either an update was downloaded or was installed in combination with other software. Find out when it was installed and see if something else was installed on the same day.

Thanks for being there at this hour. Whew! I was worried whether my system had been "attacked" again. Based on what you say, it probably was associated with the Cisco Network Magic program for Linksys. Thanks again.

I see that the date attached to this WebEx program is December 10, 2011 which isn't the date of any other update. I imagine it is okay to delete the program as I certainly don't need it.
