I have a website for a foundation i'm in and it needs to be made more modern so wondering if anyone knows any sites that make custom made websites or modifies websites. I basicly have the website and an example of what i won't but not the same type of thing. If anyone knows anything that would be great.

Web templates are easy to manipulate but requires knowledge in html. I'm I get you correctly you want slicing services, you can go HERE for a better idea...
