Is there a site that will show me how many viewers were on my site, and when it had the most traffic and stuff? It would also help if I can see where most of my users are, US, Europe, Other, Ext.

Typically such services are provided by your web host. My web host (bluehost) provides awstats through the cpanel which provide me with all of the information you listed above. What kind of cpanel does your web host have, also have you checked. Sometimes hosts offer different apps for stats and none function until you chose which one you wish to use.

in addition to your web stats like awstats, webalizer, etc
you may want to check out google analytics, http://www.google.com/analytics/ it is free, you just add a snippet of code to your site.
