Weird -12v and -5v readings

Hello
I downloaded and installed SpeedFan the other day and I noticed something strange about the voltage readings:

+3.3v = 3.36v
+5v = 5.24v
+12v = 12.03v

-12v = -7.34v
-5v = -1.64v

Speedfan does not tell me the -3.3v (if there is such a thing), but my question is, why does the -12v and -5v not actually meet those values, and does this indicate a problem?

The motherboard is Elitegroup Extreme KV2 (AMD Athlon 64 3200), and the system is stable.

Note that these values fluctuate wildly, e.g. -12v can go to -0.54v, and -5v can go as high as -2.84v

The temperature sensors vary wildly as well, the temps never go over 34c, one is saying 8c and the other is varying between -10c and 15c.

thanks!

I dont think you have a problem, speedfan isnt the most accurate monitoring tool, you can find out some voltages and tempertures in the motherboards BIOS

I think you'll find that the -5v and -12v goes back to the old days, they are not used anymore on modern computers, also the 3.3v is regulated down from the 5v line.
