Weird alien voices coming out of my speakers.

So I have this really really weird issue. I have these really old speakers that are connected to my PC/audio port. So when nothing is playing I usually notice that weird muffled sounds are coming out of my speakers. Sometimes I hear them non stop but sometimes they quickly go away.

I know a lot of you might think I'm messing around or that I'm going crazy but I'm actually legit.

Here is the audio file that I've recorded with my phone. The hissing sound coming from my speakers is because I was moving the cable around so I could hear the voices as clear as I can.

Are any of your neighbors amateur radio operators by chance? Sounds like you're receiving interference from one of them.

It's not worth working with them to fix the issue. I'd say just get a better pair of speakers.
