Weird Blue Screen After Installing HDD and DVD Drive

I can't quite recall exactly what the message said and I am afraid to repeat it by plugging the drives back in. It was a blue screen shortly after start up (within 10 seconds). The screen stated that it was crash dumping all of the physical memory and to restart the computer. If I get this same screen again d/c any new hardware I have installed and contact the manufacturer. Has anyone experienced this before?

Update:

So I tried installing just the Dual Layer DVD drive but then the blue screen came back. Hardware failure, dumping physical memory and restarting computer. So I d/c the Disc Drive and installed just the WD 2TB Black HDD and formatted it with no problems. Would installing a DVD drive cause such an error and if so is it definitely just a faulty DVD drive?

Update 2:

After switching the drive from my 6Gb/s to a sata 3Gb/s it seems to be working. I did just get finished rewiring my build to clean up the wiring and maybe switched some of the drives around. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but thought I would let you know.

Here is a picture of the screen.

Download, unzip then Run this BlueScreenView and post its results... Unless the error log is on the other drive :/ It SHOULD be saved some where on you OS as well as any other blue screens you have recieved
