weird boxes wont let me see the content of websites

Hi whenver i go on certain webpages it wont let me see the content of it because some boxes either block the page or they appear at the very bottom of the page and prevent me from selecting anything else in that website.

that is what always shows and i know it is a javascript video and i dont know how to disable it its really annoying can anybody help me?

Most likely ads or malware but without a proper image, don't know. What web browser do you use? Would suggest running an adblocker such as adblock plus.
