When i am on a diffrent forum (ProSoundWeb forum), i scroll down the page and my cpu always goes up to 100% so it lags when i scroll. It doesn' happen when i'm on this website thouh.
It happens when smooth scrolling is activated. You can deselect this in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main changing the value of SmoothScroll to 0 instead of 1.
Dang! Something is wrong there! LOL Now unless you're running an archaic computer, smooth scrolling shouldnt be that much of a drain on system resources :S
