Weird Email Issue

Hey, my dad has Microsoft Outlook 2003 and that's where he checks his e-mails and he got this e-mail who's subject was: FBI and the description was: Dear Esteem Beneficiary {This is the FBI}. Now of course this is spam because I have looked it up but the problem is that I cannot delete it. I get an error window that states: This file cannot be moved. "This files was already moved or deleted, or you do not have access.":mad:

Any suggestions on how to fix this?:confused:

I don't know how outlook works but if it's a file try looking up unlocker on Google, it works wonders.
