Weird Inet Connection Problem

The problem is nothing I've ever faced before. I've looked around and tried a few solutions but none have helped.

I can download torrents, use MSN and Skype, visit a handful of websites, but a lot of others (including Google) don't work work a while.

If I tracert I pick up no errors. Thing is, and this might be useful, if I click on 'try again' (Firefox "Server Not Found" page) right after I hit enter on the tracert command, the site suddenly becomes available.

Anyone got any idea why this is happening. It's not isolated to my computer, it's happening to everyone else's.

It's a router issue if it's happening on PC. Be sure you know your router settings and reset the router.

try bypassing you router, and just plugging ur pc directly to the internet connection. if it works, then it is a router problem.
