Weird noise

Hi again guys. Recently I noticed my PC doing a sharp noise, barely audible. Any ideas on what that could be? It´s making me nuts. Thanks in advance!

Computers make noise. A video of the sound would help in this case.

Is it only under intense 3d or CPU load? Or is it all the time?

Probably coil whine or a fan. Video would help, as above. If you stick your ear near your computer and move around can you locate the sound? Might have to pop off the side panel while it's on.
