Weird problem? any suggestions.

My friend cannot access ticketmaster.com on her laptop. all other sites are accessible but this one. What is going on here? Is it being blocked by some program or what? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's one suggestion... if every other site loads up on her browser on the laptop, chances are it isn't the computer or the internet... well... it could be the internet for se.

Try accessing ticketmaster.com on another computer, some one else's to see... in fact... I tried it, and it works. It's possible it might had been down when she tried it.

If she tries again, and still the same issue... then something could be wrong with the computer. But, it's a slight chance of that... unless you have a special software blocking that site on purpose. Or, if she is attached to a home network which is using a security blocker... like I-Boss or something that is blocking the internet connection to that site.

Only conclusion I can come up with at this point.
