Weird problem.

Letters on my screen along with other things are lagging behind when i move them. For example in notepad when i move it across my screen i can see the words have almost like a shadow dragging behind them. And when i go to google and move the page yellowish blurs follow in some areas. I might be describing this completely wrong i don't no how to describe it.

I tried taking a screen but it won't show up.

I get something like this with my 5770 (i think thats whats causing it) and if i use window button + tab to use the 3d alt tab thing it stops being laggy. I guess you could try that.

Hmm ya idk what this is. I shouldn't of said lag because nothing slows down. It's almost like motion blur but happens when you move it slowly.
 
Has it always been like this, or just recently? If just recently, did you update any drivers or install any new hardware/software? I'm thinking it's a display driver issue? Does it happen in every resolution? What about in safe mode?
 
Drivers are all up to date and it only does it at random times. Like it didnt do it this morning but it is now. Doesn't really bother me its just weird.
