Weird Rams

Hello Guys,

Can anyone give me suggestions, I have this new system that i just bought recently,

P4 - 2.66 Ghz Hyper-Threading
ASRock 775VM800 - Chipset VIA P4M800
Advance Modules - 512MB DDR 400 PC3200 64 x 64 Layout
Build In Sound and VGA
Maxtor 40GB IDE
SAMSUNG 52x52x48 CDRW
400w PSU

What the problem is that In the Bios and Windows, I get 1024MB of Ram Displayed, and not 512MB where i have installed.

Bios
Total System Memory = 1024 with 64MB Shared VGA
DIMM 1 = 512 MB DDR/166Mhz
DIMM 2 = 0

On the memory stick that you have installed ... what are the codes on it?

It writes AMBD1DE thats all, the chip is those Squarish ones that you find on Graphics Card. Whats worst is that i have no idea what manufacturer made the Ram Chips, its not found on Googles and yahoo.

Your memory is also running at a lower clockspeed than it should be doing...
