Weird time problem

It seems as if every time i shut my computer off and turn it back on the clock is set 3 hours slow. I proceed to change it and next time i turn on the computer its back slow again. I believe the PRIM/PRAM battery is good as the motherboard is only a month or two old. Any ideas of how to fix this?

Check if your system is setting it's time through an Internet server that may be in a different time zone...

1) Open Date/Time settings:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Date and Time

2) On the Date & Time tab, set the correct time.
3) On the Internet Time tab, uncheck Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server

See if that fixes your issue.

I just did all that, thanks for the help. The internet thing was check so i uncheck it. Thanks again
