Weird USB problem

Hi, I have a PC which upon booting, none of the USB peripherals are working, a 2nd reboot usually solves the problem.

anything i can do or check to find out why this problems occurs?
 
You may want to try the device manager and see if there is a yellow ! sign by any of the devices.
Also, run a anti-maleware scan to see if you have a vurus issue there. Seems like if it was a driver or hardware failure, that restarting it would not help.
