weird?

sorry, um why does it say my cpu is only runnin at 2.0 ghz? and when i open my system properties it says Q6600 @ 2.4ghz 3.0ghz, it is overclocked, but i set the bios back to default, but i dont think it changed...? im confused

Cool 'n' Quiet is probably enabled in bios. Disable it
