Welcome Screen Logging On

Ok... I think I download this program called TWEAKUI along time ago and i think i screw it up and now everytime you boot up the computer before the welcome screen, My current background screen picture will show up. Is there anything I can change or modify in the registry?

Tweak UI is one of the older Microsoft power toys. You have to uninstall the early versions of that to install a newer version. That should allow you to reverse the mods made in the system registry. If that won't uninstall you would have to delete the registry entries creeated at the time.
