I just solved the problem i had with the mobo...
Now I have:
PSU: 300W Psu (Brand name is like Enchan*)
CPU: Celeron D 2.80Ghz 533(mhz)FSB 256kb Cache (Celeron D Prescott)
M/B: Chaintech 9CJS0 S478 Supports Max ddr400,Cpu 400/533/800 mhz fsb Dual lan etc..
RAM: Twinmoss 512mb DDR400 pc 3200
G/C: ATi Radeon 9200se 128mb AGP 4x/8x
H.D.: 1) Maxtor 30 GB 7200 Rpm 2) I will order a Sata 160 Gb soon
CD-DVD: 1) LG DVD 2) NEC CD-RW 24x10x40 3) I will Order a Toshiba DVD-RW Soon Too :)
F.D: A simple one ;)

Well, I need some advice as i said..
The first problem Is that the mobo reads my ram memory as DDR 333 and bios seetings dont have a DDR 400 option !
The Second Is that Sound chipset drivers cannot find the chipset !!(I ll Probably go and buy a sound card..) :confused:And to end with i have a simple question..Will My 300W PSU stand this system with the sata i ordered??

1. How many sticks of ram do you have and which slots are they in.
2. Be more specific with the sound problem (do you mean the drivers can't find the sound device that's supposed to be on your machine?)
4. Wattage means nothing, what's the amperage on the +12V line or lines?

Before you get anything you should get a decent processor!

That is a decent CPU, and how exactly would a new one help? Do you even know what he's using the machine for? Probably not...

Btw, the weakest part of his setup is hardly the CPU.

Firstly my mobo has 4 slots (2 + 2 dual ddr )
Secondly the amperage is not a problem cause the sticker on the psu says that it varies and its at least 20+ as i remember..
Thirdly I mean that the intergrated chipset cannot be found by drivers..
And..Finally i just bought this processor cause i owned a p4 1.7Ghz 400fsb Wilamette which was not supported by this mobo..It was just enough for me..I dont think its a problem...Celeron D 2.8 ghz is like a p4 2.0ghz+a lil more right?
I mostly Surf the net, instant messenging, downloading files and hardly play some games..Hm..Isnt it just enough?Or at least better than the old one right?

PLZ ANSWER ME ..

I think your setup will be fine for what you want it to do.
CPU is good.
PSU may be a problem but try it as is and see first. 300w don't usually have 20 amps.

You are using a 533 cpu on a 800/533/400 mobo so you will not be able to get 400 (800) fsb unless you have a 800 cpu.

I have had some problems with onboard sound and have fixed some and given up on others and just installed a cheap sound blaster card. Have you checked in bios to make sure that onboard peripherals are enabled?

The Celeron is fine for what you want to do on the computer. The PSU does sound like it might be a problem later on, what are exact amperages on it? As for the ram are they in slots 1 & 3 or 2 & 4?

Well,To concluse....
I solved the problem..I enabled the intergrated chipset from Bios before but i probably exited without saving to cmos...Now I Enabled it and its ok...
The only problem Remains is the following..:
The mobo supports ddr200/333/400 ecc-non ecc [chaintech 9cjs(dual ddr 2+2 slots)],
My ram is a Twinmoss Dimm 512mb Ddr400 with Cas latency 2.5,

BUT SYSTEM READS IT WITH ddr333 MAXIMUM..NO BIOS DDR400 OPTION..
