WEP help

Hello, I just got comcast internet and im tring to access XBox Live but I need to find My "WEP". where do i locate it or make 1? I heard its on the bottom of the modem, but nothing lists that its WEP (bunch of ID #'s). any help would be great, thanks.

Wep refers to the security on the router, has nothing to do with the modem unless its a modem/router combo unit. Do you have security enabled on the router? A wep key is usually 10 digits long.

sometimes if its under your router its the serial number, try that. of course you can log into your router and change it to something else.
