Alright, I have a laptop with a built in webcam. My grandma is in ky, im in colorado and we skype ofter. She is older and has trouble with the technical part of her computer, and that is where I come in. But. even On mine, I cannot find the program for the webcam, or find any place to turn mine on or off. I know it is installed, but how can I use it? How can I turn it on? This is crazy. You wouldnt think it would be so damn hard to find the webcam on a computer. Any ideas?
