What a rip off

well either way you should get an aftermarket fan but people will pay for that speed i guess... i do think it was kind of stupid to be releasing faster dual core when they should focus on their upcoming quads

Thats true but I dont realy care about the fan, but 280 bucks when you can get a 6000 at 3.0 for 169 and overclock it to 3.2ghz easy. 189 bucks would be more like it. I guess they think the black box is worth 90 bucks.

Lol, AMD are having a bit of a laugh with that price. My AMD 6000+ is at 3.3ghz, which is slightly better than that of the 6400+, all i've added is AC5. That only cost me the equivalent of about $210.
 
It would be tigerdirect that's responsible for the price, I think, they think they can trick someone into buying it.. So they can get more money... and someday beat that hussy Newegg! And then go on to rule the World! It's an ingenious plan really.. One they thought we'd never figure out. But alas, I'm afraid nothing can escape my intellect..
