i'm cheep and don't want to spend over $250 on a video card.

should i run this in crossfire or just buy one better card?

whats 128bit? thats what this card is, is that not very good?

is this over all a good card?

if i run this card in crossfire, physics card, ddr2 1066 ram,
and a 2.6 amd quad core cpu. will i be able to run Crysis on
the highist detail you can?

one more thing
why dose this card have two CF slots on the top of it not just one????????

Drop the 4670s. ATI has a 4830 thats up against the 8800GT/9800GT. If you just really really want to go crossfire atleast step up that far.

Well . . .

4670 vs 4870

4670 vs GTX 260

I would go for the 260. Much bigger framebuffer and bit interface. I have Crysis Warhead 1440x900, all "High" settings in DX9 and I get between 25-40 fps.

The 8800GT is way better than the 4670 as it is, and the 260 wrecks the 8800GT. You would basically be paying about half the price but get 10 times less performance than a 260. If you don't have the budget just go for like a 4850 or 9800GTX+.

And if you're really going for a GTX 260, try the 216 core. Seems like it should be a little bit faster than the standard GTX 260. But I'm not sure if the performance boost would justify the extra cost.

Honestly, a single 4870 would probably beat a pair of 4670s in CF, twice the power doesnt mean twice the performance usually, you only get around 130% the performance of a single card
