what antivirus should I install?

AVG 7.1 is what? FREE! You can download an excellent antivirus program free of charge at Grisoft's free version link. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
While you are there you can also download a free antispyware program known as Ewido at http://free.grisoft.com/doc/ewido-anti-spyware-free/lng/us/tpl/v5
The AVG free version has bailed this ole boy out of a few situations by pointing what files were infected with a virus even if couldn't contain or remove it. With it disabled with the msconfig utility it still flashed an alarm when a new site found during a web search instantly copied malware onto the hard drive. A simple right click on the file identified by AVG saw that removed fast!

I have nod32, it works great. Its $30 which is a draw back. If you want a free one, AVG is good.

Does the Nod32 full version have more features than the trial?
