What are good LED fans for CM 830?

I am currently almost finished with my first real build of my computer. Have been doing alot of reading and research for the extra fan slots on my computer. Read alot of stuff about pressure, correct cfm , etc. All its done is confuse me a little bit.

My question is, on the stacked 830 evo there is a side panel that supports 4 additional 120mm case fans. They cover almost the whole board so will be able to get air to cpu, gpu, ram, and the board. Should I go really high cfm or a lower cfm. And should I replace the intake and exhaust? With out the fans in the side, and they have pre built in filters, my temps are:

CPU: 35-40 Idle
GPU: 55-60 Idle
HDD: 30-35 Idle
Board: 35-38 Idle

Temps arent horrible, but on Crysis they jump quite a bit on the cpu and gpu. Want to lower idle temps as much as possible. In the computer now, the front and rear fans are both at 45 cfm (came with computer, and the top fan is a spare 69 cfm low db thermal take quiet fan. All running at 100%. Id like to not go too loud with it, but its so silent now even twice the noise would be acceptable. Just not sure if putting more fans in will just confuse the airflow or help it dramatically. Would assume help it since that was the way it was designed.

My system as it is now :

q6700 Quad core 2.66 mhz
Arctic Freezer Pro 7 cpu fan
EVGA 680i mobo
GeForce 9800 gtx oc2 (512mb)
Stock nVidia Northbridge cooler fan
DDR2 800mhz Ram OCZ SLi Ready 4 gig
Rocketfish 700 watt PSU
Creative x-fi Xtreme Gamer sound card
Cooler Master Stacker 830 Evolution (clear sided, not mesh)

Will be getting another graphics card and a fan controller for the new fans when i finally make a decision.

Any help and input would be welcomed. Im a bit longwinded in the explanation, just wanted to give as much info as possible. Thanks for all your help.

cpu cooler

My CPU cooler is an Arctic Cooling Freezer pro 7, its awesome. Was using the stock before this one, once i put the freezer on the temps dropped 18 C. Its kinda large, and blows directly to the exhaust fan in the back of the computer. So the CPU fan is great.
