What are my priorities?

Ok, so i have been doing a lot of thinking on what to do with my PC. I have somewhere around $800 to spend on upgrades, but I am not sure what to get. I have thought about getting better HDDs and a processor, but now I am thinking about a liquid cooling device. I have a few questions:

1. Are liquid cooling devices generally quieter than what i have? (3 120mm case fans, a PCI exhaust fan, CPU fan, and 2 extemely obnoxiously loud GPU fans)

2. Would I able to adequately cool my system without fans using a liquid cooling system.

3. Would the damn thing fit in my case? (Click Here)

4. Would I be able to cool 2 GPUs adequately at the same time, given that they are very tightly positioned?

5. Would I be able to afford all of this?

6. Even if I can afford it, would i be better off just upgrading my CPU and HDDs?

Thanks in advance :)

1. Liquid cooling would be generally quiter then your current setup

2. With an $800 budget, you could get a very nice system that could cool down your comp nicely

3. If you dont think it will fit, you can always get an external water cooling system

4. I am not sure, its based on your judgment of space, I think you would have to buy another water block for the second gpu

5. yes

6. I think a CPU upgrade would be nice

NOTE: Water cooling is really only for people who want to do some heavy overclocking.

I really dont overclock, and whenever i do, it definitely doesnt classify as heavy. (i think i put my AMD 3500+ up from 2.2 to 2.4 once... somehow I ended up having to flash my BIOS and ASUS Support didnt know what was going on) I would like a quieter cooling system because my PC is currently very loud.

Just a thought:
Most of the fan noise comes from one of the 120MM case fans and the two GPU fans... would it be easy enough to just replace the heatsink/fans on the GPUs with a watercooling system?

For what you have i personally think a water cooling system just wouldnt be worth it, if its silence your after invest that money in a quieter case or quiter fans..even both, it would work out a lot cheaper.

The right case with insulation should dampen the noise from your case more than enough

Currently I have an Antec P180 case inside of which are 4 120mm fans and I cant hear a thing from it.

OK, i just spent $120 On this case a few months back though :/, Isn't antec known for silence? I built my father a computer using the Sonata II, and i litereally cannot hear it when it's on (of course its sporting an ATI radeon x300SE). With all the things i have, would it be wiser to just replace all the case fans with some extra silent ones? (i dont believe i have room to replace the GPU fans/heatsinks, ill have to check when i get home after work). Just for sport, any ideas on some really silent cases that are out there (ones that will cool my hardware efficiently)

would the sonata II fit everything i have though? i remeber it was pretty tight with what i put in my dads... which wasnt much... i used a mini atx board too

probably wont fit all them hard drives. and i dont see a problem fitting that board, but i really havent done any research on it

OK, so i was able to deduce that my CPU fan and my GPU fans are loud as hell (antec's stock case fans were actually pretty quiet, and they have a lot of torque)
This is what i got:
2 of these

and this

I already ordered them based on newegg reviews, so please don't tell me that they suck :P. Is there anything else worth trying to quiet my case (besides a new one)?
