What are some good surround sound headphones?

I checked out the all the new turtle beach headphones and they all seem to have good reviews. I will mainly be using them with my xbox 360, but I read somewhere that you need to purchase an adapter to use the 7.1 dolby. I am only willing to spend up to $200 so if anybody has a suggestion as to what I should buy, then let me know. Thanks

i own a pair of turtle beach X1's and couldn't be happier. i think i paid around $50 for them. anyway it seems they've been replaced by the X11's.
