What are the processor switch settings???

I have a Compaq SP700 workstation. It's a dual 450mhz and I'm trying to put 1000mhz in it. The motherboard has a set of six processor switches on it. I have no idea what to set the switches on to allow the 1000mhz to run. I've tried to contact HP/Compaq and that's like pulling a bears teeth, or at least for me it was. If anyone can give me some info on what to do or a contact listing of who to get in touch with would be greatly appreciated. ty
