what are the steps:

in order to guide incoming emails into
selected folders, what would be the
steps, instead of having everything arrive
in the inbox?
eg. if using yahoo

Depends on the mail client your using, or website. Usualy you can do this by going to setting, and look for something like filters, or folders. You can setup a filter like (Anything containing the words RX be sent to the Junk folder, or anything from [email protected] be sent to the Home folder (which you would create of course)).
