Looking to buy today. Please give suggestions about the following build.

I need a computer that
1) Opens programs quickly
2) Boots pretty quickly
3) Not too much gaming
4) Must run a 1800p monitor.

Do i need a GPU?

I think you mean 1080p monitor?

If you don't do any gaming, then I know for a fact that the onboard graphics are more than powerful enough for just running a screen at 1080p.

But if you are going to be doing gaming, then you need a GPU.

I would recommend you get 1600 or 1866MHz RAM and also recommend you get a Corsair CX 500M or CX 600M PSU instead.

What do you need an i5 for? An i3 would be more than powerful enough if you're not doing anything which really requires a quad-core CPU.
