Hello everyone; Just became a new participant to this forum, looks very informative. Any-who, i'm starting to play around with Image making, and when I started to render an Image my CPU fan froze and it immidiately overheat my CPU. Were the warning alarm went off. this happened when I was playing with a 3D Image. I let it cool off, and when I rendered single-D and/or 2-D no problem. Can anyone help me find out what I may need. the program is compatible with my 64, plenty of Ram great size PSU, I been told that I can't get a better CPU for what i'm doing, and attempting to do. by the way the CPU fan does not heat and freeze for the heck of it, it only freezes when I try to render in 3D. If anyone can spare a couple of sense into my dilema it would be greatly appreciated.

Chingo man!!

yea exact specs would help. lol i like your use of "single-D" processing. i'm pretty sure even your processor laughed at that one.

and, if it really overheated something's wrong with your computer, the heatsink should take all the heat from it without a hitch.
