Sir you will not be able to run Call of Duty 4 at all. Here's a link to the specs to your computer.

Only way you will be able to play call of duty 4 is to get a computer that meets the specs on the COD 4 box (My nice way of saying you need a new computer). Obviously, you have a very old computer and that will not work.
