What can i OC this to?

depends mor on the chipset of the motherboard along with the cooler of the cpu, but i know that you won't hit 3.0 with the stock cooler, so there's about 30, then if the mobo doesn't support it then there's another 75, plus getting the os reliscenced.
 
I overclocked my Q6600 to 3.6GHz stable on air before. Supposedly you can do 3.8 but not on air so I advise against it.
 
I overclocked mine to 4.2Ghz, on air.........................................................................................................................................not really. Lol
