What card can I use?

I'm using a HP 2.2ghz / 1gb / 160gb hd / 250w psu / AGP

My videocard was a PNY GeForce FX 5700 VE 256mb I used it for a long time and it finally needs to be replaced. I was looking through many cards but can't seem to find any that I think my PC can run. Most cards I see want 350w, I'd appreciate any help. What exactly can my PC run?

EDIT* I need it to play CS 1.6 / CS:S / Diablo II / Watch movies
 
is it posible for you to buy another psu? idk anything out there that will do anything like that for under 300+ srry but ill check and get bakc to you
 
If I change my psu what should I change it to? I'm using an HP a1012x. I have seen some 350w psu for about $22-26 but I'm unsure if they'd work with my system or if they'd be a good psu. Any suggestions for a good non expensive psu?
