What case and CPU should go with this mobo?

This is my first post here and was hoping you guys could help me out.

ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard is what i am looking at for a cheaper mobo that isn't total crap. Heres a link

Honestly i just want a case that will keep it cool and running for around $100 give or take and the cpu i was looking for maybe a quad core max at $200

The case design isn't a big deal to me so ya haha
