What Computer would you Recommend?

Hey Guys, I'm looking to buy a Computer that can handle World of Warcraft and Left for dead (as those will be those most intense games I'll be playing) My Budget is under $400. It dosn't need a 1tb had or anything a 300 gig hd or even a 100 gig hd will do, I'll strickly just use it to play my games. I don't really care about the graphics I'll be happy to play the game on normal graphics, but I'm really huge on not having lag. If you guys recommend for me to build my own computer can you guys make a list of of parts? I'd take any suggestion(:

WoW isnt a graphic intensive or cpu hungry game, but it does eat up a lot of your ram memory and that can cause a lot of lag.
as to L4D, idk about the first one but L4D2 is a little more intense than compared to WoW.

if youre making a gaming computer than i do suggest that you build your rig. but i would also suggest that you raise your budget a little more than under $400...

WoW is always updating their stuff. and as time goes by, that game does get a little more intense. graphic wise.

and just saying, you dont want your rig to be just decent... i honestly dont even know if you can build a decent rig under $400 especially for gaming. ESPECIALLY without lag lots of laggage.

you should try looking into it more.
try looking for cpu, graphics card, and some psu as a starter

under the 500 buck point building your own gives less specs, look on ibuypower and cyberpowerpc's websites, since they buy in bulk they offer better prices than you can get building it yourself
 
then what's the best possible desktop I can get to run those 2 games? I don't mind even if graphics will run on low, I just don't want lag(: but I'd perfer to at least run on normal. How much more would I have to rise my budget? I'm still looking for the cheapest option. thanks for all the info so far tho
 
For a low end build your looking at around $650.
Do you know what you need? such as an OS, Keyboard, Mouse, Motherboard, etc...
