My bad, but thats similar to what you need.

elmar, that link is to a RCA-to-RCA, the port on his laptop isnt an RCA.

The circled jack is not for TV out. Yellow jacks on soundcards ususally refer to 'digital out'. I've never seen a laptop with a 3.5mm video jack. If you have an actual RCA output jack elsewhere, you can use that with the cable elmarcorulz suggested. Otherwise, you can find adaptors that will convert standard DSUB to Component/Composite/S-Video cable, that will let you do it, although they're more expensive.
