What connector is this on this hard drive? *pics (Toshiba MK1503GAL)

I found this old mini hard drive from a vintage Sharp laptop. It is much smaller than a standard 2.5" laptop drive. The connector looks either a CompactFlash or a mini IDE.

My question is, how do I get the data off of this drive? This does not fit in a CompactFlash reader due to the size of the drive.

Looks more like 50-pin SCSI. What was the model of the laptop?

It is an IDE connection but not a standard IDE, standard PATA HDD connectors have pins not sockets, you need a 1.8" to 2.5" converter such as this
