your using asus a.i. as a monitoring tool? right?
its normal to for it to jump around like that if you have cool and quiet enabled.
get the dual core fix from amd.
there is also a dual core hotfix from microsoft.

The MS hotfix is a registry edit outlined at the bottom of the page seen at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=896256 That's for use with dual core cpus as well as multiple cpu boards when overall performance drops are seen. The Probe II is the one to use for monitoring temps and voltages.
