What CPU Cooler should I get? (AM3+)

Hello all. I've got a Phenom II 955 CPU in an MSI 970A board.

Anyway I'd like to get a CPU cooler for my CPU. The stock one does okay but it gets noisy and I'm probably going to overclock in the future. What cooler should I get? I've got 2 side fans that I do not want to remove so I don't think a CM 212 will fit. I'm not interested in Overclocking it to like 4.5 GHZ or something but probably bump it up a few hundred MHZ. Probably no more than 3.6, if even that.

I'd like to keep this under 30 dollars.
 
IDK how well they perform but you could check the CM Gemeni II S524 and the Vortex Plus (low profile and with 2 fans on the door they'ed prob do really well)
 
Is the top side fan 25mm thick? Can you get a measurement from the top of the aluminum HS, even if it was to the case edge?
 
If it has brackets for another one, you can. It does help.

And you can always use the 2nd and 4th slots. No performance loss.
